Terms of Service

These are placeholder terms of service for Inbox Agent ("we", "us", "our"). By using the service you agree to them. They will be replaced with counsel-reviewed language before general availability.

The service

Inbox Agent provides email infrastructure for AI agents: programmable inboxes, sending and receiving, webhooks, and related tools. We do our best to keep it running and your data safe, but we provide the service "as is" and disclaim implied warranties to the extent allowed by law.

Your account

• You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account.
• Keep your credentials and API keys secret.
• You must be 13 or older (16 in the EU) to use the service.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Inbox Agent to:

• Send unsolicited commercial email (spam) or phishing content.
• Impersonate anyone in a way that would deceive a reasonable recipient.
• Violate any law or infringe anyone's rights.
• Attempt to break, probe, or overwhelm the service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules. Serious violations (e.g. active phishing campaigns) may be terminated without prior notice.

Your content

You retain ownership of the email content you send and receive through Inbox Agent. You grant us a limited license to process, store, and display that content solely to operate the service for you.

Fees & cancellation

During the private beta, Inbox Agent is free to use at our discretion. Paid plans will be introduced with clear pricing before any charges are applied. You can cancel your account at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inbox Agent is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of the service will not exceed the greater of (a) amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $100.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email or by posting a notice in the app before they take effect.
